2018 Set Up & Event Volunteers

Join us as a volunteer at this wonderful community event!  We are offering a new option this year to sign up for a specific work area during the event.  You can pick a time that works best for you.  Work back to back shifts if you want to join us for the entire event or pick a couple of hours to come in and volunteer.

Please note when signing up there are some slots that are open to Youth Board members ONLY. 

Setup Day
Volunteers are welcome to park in the Station Middle School Parking Lot, Lines School Parking lot or on the street where permitted by the village.  Unless you have items to unload, please do not park in the drop-off zone.

Event Day
Volunteers must park in the Lines School Parking Lot. If Lines School is full, street parking is allowed on side streets where permitted by the village The Station Lot and Eastern Street parking are reserved for Giving Day guests.

Age Requirements
Please note that the first two shifts on Friday for set up are open to all ages.  The remainder of the shifts are open to High School Students and Adults ONLY.  Any High School student participating as a volunteer must be pre registered.
