DONATE WARM COATS, BOOKS, BLANKETS AND TOYS
Because of space limitations only new or gently used warm coats, snow pants, gloves, mittens, hats, books, toys, and blankets will be collected. See our Fundraising page for more information about our Coat Drives.
NO OTHER CLOTHING OR FURNITURE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
DONATE TOYS AND GIFTS FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS UP TO 18 YEARS OF AGE
New or like-new toys and gifts are always in short supply. We want to have one gift for each child in the family. Special gifts needed include all kinds of sports items (balls, bats, hockey sticks, etc.), watches, earrings and items for older children. Please do not wrap items.
DONATE BOOKS IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS
DROP-OFF LOCATIONS FOR YOUR DONATIONS
From November 15th through December 8th, warm coats, books,
toys and blankets will be collected at Barrington Churches and Schools. Boxes will also be at the following businesses to receive your donations. The Ice House Mall, Peter Daniel Apparel, Rick’s Pet Shop, Barrington Bank & Trust, Fifth Third Bank, Cuba and Barrington Township Offices, Coldwell Banker (530 Hough Street, Suite 180), Baird & Warner the Foundry, Harris Bank (325 N. Hough Street, North Barrington).
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed to help sort coats. Sorting of coats will be at The Christian Science Church, 421 E Main St, Barrington. Dates and times for sorting are November 29th through December 10th, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
